Terms of Service

1. Engagements

Monthly retainers are billed in advance. After a 3-month initial term, you may cancel with 30 days notice.

You own all deliverables produced for you (sites, copy, brand assets) upon payment. We retain rights to underlying tooling and templates.

Invoices are due on receipt. Overdue invoices may pause service until resolved.

Both parties agree to keep non-public information confidential during and after the engagement.

Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months. We don't guarantee specific revenue outcomes.
