Warranty & Aftercare Policy

**Workmanship.** Every piece we make is guaranteed against defects in our own workmanship for 12 months from purchase: solder failures, loose settings from faulty setting work, and clasp defects are repaired free of charge.

**Not covered.** Accidental damage, bending from wear, lost stones from impact, chemical or perfume damage, and any work carried out by another jeweller.

**Complimentary care.** Free cleaning and polishing for the life of the piece at our showroom, and free re-tightening of stone settings within the first 12 months.

**Claims.** Bring the piece and your receipt to the showroom, or open a service request online and we will guide you.
