**Who we are.** Zahid Gems & Jewellers, Asghar Mall Road, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

**Prices.** Gold and gemstone prices move daily. Prices shown online are indicative and are confirmed at the time of order. Where a price is marked as locked, it is held for the period stated.

**Weights and purity.** Stated weights and purity refer to the finished piece and are confirmed on your invoice.

**Orders.** An order exists once we confirm it with you by phone, WhatsApp or in person. We may decline an order.

**Images.** Photographs are of real pieces; handmade work varies slightly from piece to piece.

**Governing law.** These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
