Shipping & Delivery Policy

**Dispatch.** In-stock pieces are dispatched within 1–2 working days of order confirmation. Made-to-order and bridal pieces are dispatched once the workshop confirms completion; an indicative timeline is given at the time of order.

**Couriers.** We ship across Pakistan using Leopards Courier and TCS. Charges depend on destination and are shown before you confirm an order. Store pickup from our Asghar Mall Road showroom is always free.

**Insurance & packing.** Every parcel is sealed and packed discreetly. High-value pieces travel with the courier's secured service where available.

**Delays.** Courier delays caused by weather, strikes or public holidays are outside our control; we will keep you informed by phone or WhatsApp.

**International.** We currently ship within Pakistan only.
