Refund Policy

_Pending final legal/business review._

**Ready-made pieces.** Where a refund is agreed, it is calculated on the gold weight at the prevailing buying rate on the day of return, less making charges and any stone value.

**Deposits on custom work.** Deposits paid against custom or bridal commissions are non-refundable once the workshop has begun, because materials are drawn and labour committed at that point.

**Faulty workmanship.** If a piece fails due to our workmanship, we repair or replace it at our cost. See the Warranty policy.

**Method & timing.** Refunds are issued by the same method used for payment wherever possible, normally within 7 working days of agreement.
