Exchange Policy

**Window.** Unworn, undamaged ready-made pieces may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt, with the original receipt and packaging.

**Gold value.** Exchanges are settled against the prevailing gold rate on the day of exchange, not the day of purchase. Making charges and stone value are not refundable on exchange.

**Not exchangeable.** Custom-made, engraved, resized and bridal-commissioned pieces cannot be exchanged, as they are produced specifically for you.

**Condition.** Pieces showing wear, alteration by another jeweller, or missing stones cannot be accepted.
