Cash on Delivery Terms

**Availability.** Cash on Delivery is available on selected lower-value orders within Pakistan, at our discretion.

**Verification.** For higher-value orders we telephone to confirm the order before dispatch. Orders above our internal COD ceiling require an advance payment or store collection instead — precious-metal parcels are simply too valuable to send unsecured.

**At the door.** Please inspect the sealed parcel in front of the courier. Payment is made in full, in cash, to the courier.

**Refused parcels.** Repeatedly refused COD parcels may lead to COD being withdrawn for that customer, and courier charges may be recovered.
